The boring stuff — written so you can actually read it.
This page is intentionally text-forward. It exists to remove ambiguity.
If something here doesn’t match how the system actually runs, update it.
Policies are operational truth — not decoration.

Login/checkout may open in an official provider portal (normal).
If a link looks “almost right,” verify against Sitemap first.
AT A GLANCE
Plain-language summary
•Data minimization: collect what’s needed, skip the rest.
•Provider portals: auth/billing may run through official providers.
•No “dark pattern” privacy: this is written to be read.
•Official routes: requests go through Contact/Support — not DMs.
UTILITY
Copy the official URL to verify you’re on the correct page (useful if someone sends a “near-miss” link).
Fast route: open menu (top right) for Contact, Support, and Scam Alert.
VERSION NOTE
What “updated” means here
The date at the top updates when the policy changes in a meaningful way.
Cosmetic edits (typos, formatting) don’t change how your data is used — operational changes do.
If you need a version log, keep one internally. This page is designed to reduce friction, not create bureaucracy.
GLOSSARY
Quick definitions
“Personal data”
Information that identifies you directly or indirectly (like email, account identifiers, billing status).
“Provider portal”
A trusted third-party tool used for login or billing. It can be normal for checkout/login to occur there.
“Operational data”
The minimum data needed to deliver service, respond to support, and keep systems stable.
PRIVACY
Privacy policy (practical version)
This section explains what information can be involved when you use QIX.STUDIO, why it exists,
and what you can request. The goal is clarity, not legal fog.
MinimizeExplainVerify
1) Principles (how we think about data)
QIX is built around systems. Privacy works best when it’s treated the same way:
Collect less: data you don’t collect can’t leak.
Use what you collect: no “because we can” hoarding.
Reduce surprises: if it matters, it should be written down.
Prefer official routes: requests go through Contact/Support, not informal channels.
2) What we may collect
Depending on how you interact with the site, we may collect:
Information you submit (name, email, message contents, intake details you choose to share).
Account/authentication data if you log in (account identifiers, login state).
Billing metadata if you purchase (plan/tier, billing status, timestamps). Payment processing typically occurs through a provider/processor rather than storing full card numbers on qix.studio.
Basic usage/diagnostics (pages viewed, device/browser type, error logs) to keep the site stable and reduce breakage.
We don’t need sensitive personal data to operate. Please don’t submit sensitive information unless a workflow explicitly asks for it.
3) How we use information
Typical uses:
Service delivery (access, eligibility, plan status, fulfilling what was purchased).
Support + operations (responding to requests, verifying account ownership when needed, troubleshooting).
Safety (fraud prevention, abuse prevention, protecting users and infrastructure).
Communication (transactional messages, essential updates, responses to inquiries).
4) Sharing + providers
We may share data with service providers strictly to operate the service (for example: authentication, billing, email delivery, analytics).
Providers should only receive what they need for their function.
Provider portal note: login/checkout may occur on an official provider domain (normal pattern).
Start from qix.studio pages, then let the provider handle auth/billing.
5) Cookies + analytics
Cookies may be used for:
Essential sessions (staying logged in, preventing abuse).
Preferences (basic UX consistency).
Measurement (understanding what’s confusing, what’s working, and what’s breaking).
You can typically control cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work correctly without them.
6) Data retention (how long we keep things)
We keep information as long as needed to:
deliver the service and support your requests,
maintain accurate billing/service records,
meet legal and compliance obligations (where applicable),
protect the system against abuse and fraud.
When data is no longer needed, we aim to delete or anonymize it where practical.
Security posture (plain statement)
We use standard safeguards, but no system can promise “never breached.”
What we can promise is disciplined practice: reduce risk, reduce exposure, respond fast.
Practical controls may include: provider-grade authentication, least-privilege access,
monitoring for abuse, and avoiding unnecessary data retention. If something looks wrong,
use Support.
YOUR RIGHTS
Your choices and requests
Different regions grant different rights. The short version: if you ask for your data, we’ll respond through the official route.
AccessCorrectDelete (where applicable)
Common requests
You can request:
Access to the personal data we have about you.
Correction of inaccurate data.
Deletion where it’s legally allowed and operationally feasible.
Export of data in a reasonable format when appropriate.
the email address tied to your account (if applicable),
what you want (access/correct/delete/export),
any context that helps identify the relevant data.
We may ask for verification to protect your account from fraudulent requests.
We don’t process sensitive requests via DMs. That’s not “secure,” it’s just informal.
TERMS
Terms (built for predictable expectations)
The goal is stability. Scope stays clear, payments stay official, and expectations stay readable.
ScopePaymentsBehavior
1) Using the site
By using QIX.STUDIO, you agree not to abuse the site or services.
That includes attempting to break flows, bypass access controls, scrape private areas,
or interfere with normal operation. If you’re unsure, ask first.
2) Accounts + login
If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining control of your credentials
and for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, use
Support.
3) Purchases, subscriptions, and official checkout
If you purchase a plan:
Billing cadence is shown at checkout (monthly where stated).
Official checkout is only through the official provider/processor experience initiated from qix.studio pages.
No DM invoices: payment requests through DMs, crypto, or “special links” should be treated as scams.
If something feels off, stop and verify via Scam Alert.
4) Scope + outcomes
QIX services and systems are built around disciplined execution and clarity.
Outcomes can be influenced by variables outside any single party’s control
(market conditions, platform changes, competition, offer quality).
The aim is controlled iteration and explainable decisions — not fake certainty.
5) Intellectual property
QIX.STUDIO branding, site content, and system materials are owned by QIX.STUDIO or its licensors,
unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute protected materials without permission.
If a workflow gives you reusable assets, that should be explicitly stated in the deliverable terms.
Legal note (short, honest)
This page is a practical policy in the QIX voice, not legal advice.
If you operate in regulated jurisdictions or collect sensitive data, review with counsel and update specifics.
6) Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect operational changes (tooling, process, security posture, legal requirements).
The “Updated” date at the top is the quick way to see recency.
